ReplyDeleteUsually just the round, I have another version of the calendar with more detailed notes (ie, who has the ROS) that gets altered-adding mini-updates in the mix. The planning is only which family gets played-what happens is up to them, unless there is a special event-wedding/birth-that needs to occur as well.
